Questions and answers
Will a Vilso antenna work with my TV?
If your TV has a built-in digital tuner and an aerial (coax) input, yes. Almost every modern TV does. Older sets need a digital converter box.
How far away can it pick up channels?
The WA2608 is rated up to 150 miles in ideal conditions. In practice it depends on how high you mount it, how far away the transmitters are, and what’s in between, such as hills, buildings and trees.
Do I have to climb on the roof to aim it?
No. The WA2608 has a built-in motor, so once it’s up you turn it a full 360° with the remote, then rescan your TV for channels.
Can I run two TVs from it?
Yes. The control box has two TV outputs. For more TVs, add a splitter, though each split weakens the signal a little.
What’s in the box?
The antenna with its built-in amplifier, a motorised bracket with 40 ft of coax cable, the remote, the control box and power supply, a mounting pole and the manual.
